Sales Advisor | The Dune Group | November 2017 – Present

Working as a sales advisor involves communicating with the public to deliver high quality customer service; both face to face and over the phone. On a regular basis a till is used to handle money and transactions. Organisational skills are frequently used to work in the stock room handling stock count and deliveries, whilst also serving customers with the correct style and size shoes on the shop floor. The role also involves meeting and greeting customers as they enter the shop to help them feel welcome in a friendly atmosphere, whilst also working in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Order Processor | Coopers of Stortford | June 2018 – September 2018 (Summer temp role)

This role involved being part of a busy and fast paced customer service team to deliver high quality service. Around 80 – 100 telephone and mail orders were processed everyday via an order processing computer system.  As part of the role, customer complaints and issues had to be dealt with quickly and professionally to resolve the situation for the customer or pass them on to the correct department. Team work was present throughout when working in a team to support colleagues, offering advice and help where needed.

Gymnastics Coach | Valdez Gymnastics Club| September 2013 – August 2017

Teaching and supervising children from ages 4-12 to develop the skills needed to progress their gymnastic ability. The role involved organising activities within a class to help children reach their goals whilst also keeping to a time scheduled lesson plan. Communication was key in this role to ensure the safety of the children but to also liaise with other coaches and parents.
